Each member of our staff is hired after extensive interviews and
background checks. Counselors are chosen for their understanding
of boys, emotional maturity, and moral values. Every staff member
serves as a positive role model for youth. Staff are recruited from

opportunity for an intercultural experience while staying close to home.
